HealthCare Facilities
The IC Healthcare Centre (ICHCC) at MCCC whose motto is “Service with Love”, will provide the following healthcare services to the parishioners and its neighbouring community.
- Consultation services and prescriptions for primary healthcare needs will be provided through a panel of multispecialty doctors including Physiotherapy.
- At MCCC there will be an infirmary to cater to emergencies before the patient is transferred to a hospital.
- For specialized care, ICHCC has arrangements with hospitals (including Karuna Hospital, Gloria Hospitals and HealthCare & Dr. Kurmi’s Trust for Consultation, laboratory services and surgeries at concessional rates. Special discounts will be offered at Gloria Hospitals and Healthcare and Dr. Kurmi’s Trust for persons who do not have medical insurance cover.
- In addition for highly specialized diagnostic tests, like MRI, CT Scan, Sonography etc. ICHCC has a special arrangement with Excel Imaging offering highly subsidized rates for these tests.
At MCCC we will offer counselling services for single parents, women in distress, couples having marital problems and those facing domestic abuse.
ICHCC believes in preventive care focusing on behaviour change programs and health talks on lifestyle modification, diet, exercise, to prevent chronic ailments like diabetes, hypertension, and prevention of infectious diseases including hygiene and sanitation aimed at healthy living for all.
